Terms & Conditions

Responsibilities of the clients:
  • The client must provide electricity and running water at the premises where the service is conducted.
  • Client must provide access to the place of the job.
  • The client is responsible to be on site within the scheduled time.
  • The client is responsible for providing adequate and true information regarding the property.
  • If our company finds out that the client mislead our call operator, we reserve the rights to adjust a new final price but only with the agreement of the client.
Payment responsibilities of the client:

  • The client must make immediate payment on the completion of the cleaning job, unless agreed with our cleaning company otherwise.
  • The Client must make payment by cash before the cleaner / cleaning team leaves the client's property.
  • If paying by cheque/pay by phone/bank before the day of the cleaning.

  • The client can cancel the scheduled service by giving prior 48 hours before the cleaning, no cancellation fees you will be charged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any carpet & upholstery cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous, if any obstructions delay or cause the job not to be performed in normal circumstances.
  • If our company cleaning operatives are endangered in any way or there is a risk for their health and safety.
  • Our cleaning company has the right reschedule an appointment in cases where accident or any unexpected circumstances occurs.
  • Refunds will not be made or considered once the upholstery cleaning service has been done.
  • We are not guarantee absolute stains cleaning, as some stains are permanent. (please read about our carpet and upholstery stain treatments).
Complaints and notices:

  • Complains must be in writing notice or via our email received within 24 hours of the work being completed.
  • We will internally investigate all complaints and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
  • The client agrees to allow the Company back to re-clean and inspect any missed areas/items before arranging a third party to carry out services.
Damages of property:

  • In scenario of damage of property proven to be caused by us, our company will repair the item at its cost. If otherwise our company will provide it's insurance policy to cover the costs.
  • Valuable items must be taken away from the client and put them aside, so they cannot get damaged.
  • We will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of the client placing furniture on a carpet which has not completely dried.
  • We will not be liable for the shrinkage of carpets.
  • Our company is not responsible for any existing damages to the client's carpets/upholstery/rugs in the form of old stains & spillages etc. which cannot be cleaned completely by the cleaning technicians.
Insurance policy:

  • All work undertaken by our cleaning company is covered by a Public Liability Insurance.
  • Our company responsibilities are to ensure high cleaning standard, professional approach and manners.
  • We cannot guarantee our end of tenancy cleaning and carpet cleaning service when groups of people walking around or causing difficulties for the cleaner/cleaning team to perform their duties.
